This How-To describes how to compile the csim MEX extension
(Tested with Matlab R2013a and MS VC Express 2012). 

1) Run a command line interpreter (cmd) AS ADMINISTRATOR
--------------------------------------------------------

   Find: All Programs -> Accessoirs -> Command Prompt
   Right Click "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator"
   
2) Enable the MS Visual Studio command line environment
-------------------------------------------------------

   To do this enter the following into the command line
   ( Adapt to your environment where necessary )

   set MSVCVER=11.0 
   "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio %MSVCVER%\VC\bin\x86_amd64\vcvarsx86_amd64.bat"


3) Compile the csim MEX-Extension
---------------------------------

   To do this enter the following into the command line
   ( Adapt to your environment where necessary )
   
   a) Change to location where you unziped the sources:
   
   cd C:\Users\natschlaeger\Downloads\Software\lsm\csim
   
   b) Run 
   nmake -f Makefile.win
