This manual is intended to describe how to use
PCSIM from the (
python )
users point of view. It
does not try to explain (or give an
introduction to) the type of models which can be simulated with
PCSIM .
Regarding neural modeling we refer the reader to [
Dayan and Abbott, 2001]
and [
Gerstner and Kistler, 2002]. Furthermore
python
programming knowledge is
assumed.
