Circuit-Tool: Generating neural microcircuit (NMC) models

Circuit-Tool is a set of Matlab scripts that allow the construction of multi-column neural microcircuits with a distribution of parameters that match those reported in the literature. This neural microcircuit models can then be simulated efficiently using CSIM.
