What is Circuit-Tool ?Circuit-Tool is a set of Matlab objects and scripts that allow the construction of multi-``column'' neural microcircuits with a distribution of parameters that match those reported in the literature. This neural microcircuit models can then be simulated efficiently using CSIM .
